Juniper berry provides the single most distinctive character of our gin, combined with a host of other botanicals unique to each brand.

Gin has much individuality around the globe, with a diverse use of ingredients but a primary use of grain as the spirit’s base. Highwood’s gins follow the same time tested tradition of blending a light-bodied spirit with juniper, as well as our own special botanicals selected from natural herbs, spices and citrus.

EMPIRE GIN

Empire is the successful result of an exhaustive search for a premium, full flavoured gin. Rich in juniper berry with a bouquet of citrus and background of flowery herbs, Empire will enhance any cocktail and satisfy your palate like only a world-class gin does. It is our finest offering.

SAHARA DRY GIN

It begins with our own superior spirit distilled from Canadian wheat and Rocky Mountain water. Then we add juniper, citrus of lemon, and other botanicals to produce a high-quality dry style gin. So dry in fact, we named it Sahara.

POTTER'S LONDON DRY GIN

Nick named ‘Dutch Courage’ by returning British soldiers; the drink treasured in Holland quickly became the drink of choice for Kings and Queens of England. This noble line continues today: enjoy Potter’s Gin and live like royalty!

1830 SAHARA FINE LONDON STYLE DRY GIN

With patent in hand for his column still, Mr. Dubliner Coffey ushered in the modern era of ‘London Style’ dry gin in 1830. His still made the distilling of neutral spirits practical, and it is from that starting point we add our citrus elements - orange, lemon, lime, and a mild juniper - to pleasure your palette. It is one of our finest offerings.
