The imported spirit distilled from cane sugar is carefully aged in oak,
then blended and filtered to meet the profile of each unique brand.
MOMENTO AMBER RUM
Our finest offering is masterfully distilled from the world famous award-winning imported Demerara rum. After adhering to strict aging protocols in choice selected oak barrels, our master blender taps and then blends the perfect rum for your enjoyment. So, when you get the opportunity to savour the moment, be sure to seize it!
HIGHWOOD RUM
Highwood Distillers’ name sake rum is distilled from sugarcane molasses and mellowed by age for over a year in oak barrels. It is then imported from Guyana at 95% alcohol to our distillery for blending with our pure Rocky Mountain water to the customary 40%. Lastly, it undergoes a special filtration processes to perfect our offering.
POTTER'S SUPERIOR WHITE RUM
A light-bodied rum, gently sweet in flavour which makes for a beautiful tropical mixer and cocktail starter. The rich, exotic tastes of the Caribbean ingredients promise a rewarding escape with every sip. Enjoy!

If you’re a fan of the dark side then Potter’s Dark Rum is for you! Demerara dark rum is imported at 150 proof strength and holds on to its deep, rich colour and flavours from the molasses and sugarcane at its’ source. Sit back, relax, have a sip, close your eyes, and enjoy the Caribbean!
